Today I completed #1!! The elation I feel is hard to express. I celebrated with waffles and the movie "2012". Great waffles - bad movie!

Dear Diary;
I can not remember the last time we had a day of sunshine.... today I BEGGED one of my coffee regulars for a few minutes use of one of her several hand guns! I even promised NOT to point it at her, but for some unexplained reason she declined! I thought I heard her mumble something about "crazed" as she drove away with her coffee but I could have been mistaken.
Ron arrived home yesterday. The contractor arrives tomorrow. His contractor trailers are sitting out front of the house already! Tonight - we will move all furniture and stuff out of the way!
