Paradise Cabin - Captains Log #1

 I completed my "Paradise Cabin" photo album.  Choosing which of the 400+ photos to put into the album was quite the chore!  But I have decided to transfer my photo pages onto my blog for the pure joy of it!  For those of you who were not part of the building process ~ I hope you enjoy!

Captains Log: Thursday, June 23, 2011 : It had been raining for weeks.  On a previous trip to the land, the road was almost impassable for the Yukon so our mission this weekend was to check the status of the roads, set up our tent and deliver supplies.  It had become apparent that several trailer trips would be necessary to get all of the needed tools, etc. to the land before our help arrived. It started raining while we were setting up our tent! We went into Great Falls to pay for the lumber and set a delivery date.  Found the septic pipe!  Came back to Poky the next day.

Captains Log: Saturday, June 25, 2011:  Cindy arrived to kitchen remodel and cabin packing chaos!  We immediately began grocery lists and soon the shopping, cooking/freezing and car/trailer loading began!  Notice, no kitchen sink!
