Fruitwood Lane

In January 2010 we listed our house for sale. We had found the "ideal" spot for us to be until we can get the heck out of Pocatello and head into Montana. It was a little cabin on 5 acres just outside of town and it had a HUGE 4 car garage with workspace. Perfect! But the fates had other ideas. After 6 months on the market, we did not have one offer on our house on Fruitwood. We did not re-up our contract...said good-bye to our little cabin...and decided to do some much needed renovations so we will not have any thing other than an economy that sucks holding us back when we try to sell again!

And the guest bath upstairs after.............................We were starting to concentrate on the master bath, when, in our efforts to discover whether or not a certain kitchen wall was a load bearing wall........the kitchen remodel seemed to explode. Actually, before we were ready for it too! And so we will put the bathroom on hold for the time being.......................
